Richard, the senior pastor of Inside Out Church, is a passionate evangelist with a deep commitment to sharing the transformative power of the gospel. His strong evangelistic gifting has been honed through extensive mission work, including serving as a tutor and mission coordinator at Every Nation Bible School UK. These roles have equipped him to inspire, train, and mobilise others for kingdom impact.

Beyond his pastoral leadership, Richard actively serves as an outreach worker in Barnsley, where he reaches out to some of the most vulnerable members of society. Whether supporting individuals facing homelessness, addiction, or isolation, he carries the love of Christ into the heart of the community. His work is marked by compassion and a relentless desire to bring hope and restoration to those in need.

Richard’s heart beats for discipleship and church planting. His pastoral calling drives him to help people grow deeper in their faith and discover their God-given purpose. His personal story of freedom and healing stands as a testament to the power of God’s redemption, making him uniquely equipped to walk alongside others on their journey to transformation.

Klaudia encountered Jesus in2010 and experienced a transformative awakening to her faith. It wasn’t long before her passion for God’s Word came alive, igniting a journey of learning, teaching, and creating. With a gift for teaching the Bible, she brings Scripture to life through her insightful and dynamic style. Her creativity flows through her hands as well, whether in painting, crafts, or graphic design, where she uses her talents to inspire and communicate the gospel in fresh and meaningful ways.

Her leadership journey includes serving as a faculty manager and assistant principal at Every Nation Bible School, where she nurtured future leaders with wisdom and grace. Just like Richard, she is passionate about discipleship, church planting, and seeing lives transformed as captives are set free. Her heart beats to see people walking in the fullness of God’s purpose and freedom, making her a true reflection of the redemptive power of the gospel.

Klaudia also has a prophetic gift, with a deep sensitivity to hearing God’s voice and discerning His heart. Her ability to connect with the Spirit enables her to speak words of encouragement, insight, and truth that resonate powerfully with others. Whether through prayer, teaching, or creative expression, Klaudia carries a unique edge that inspires and equips those around her to tune into God’s guidance for their lives.
